Woven 13.5-an twill denim fabric, combined with rubbing and pressing cat whisker technology and gun-painted cat whisker technology, manual rubbing is performed in specific areas first to achieve a natural wrinkle effect, and then a cat whisker-shaped texture is drawn with a specific tool. The whole pair of jeans is subjected to a whole-length scanning spraying technology, and the color of the entire pair of jeans is naturally faded locally through the washing process. The jeans are then put into a washing machine for desizing, stone grinding and bleaching to present a uniform fading effect. The dye is sprayed on the entire denim fabric by a high-pressure pump to achieve the same color tone as the original. The holes are treated with the edge-hanging technology, and the natural edge-rotten effect is achieved by rubbing the edges through physical wear. The combination of high-temperature steam and sandpaper removes fiber hairiness and color difference, giving the jeans a unique hole and wear effect, and a fitted version.
