If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received, we are sorry and we have made the return process easy for you.
Returns and Exchanges
1. Contact our after-sales customer service by sending an email to wintersuit@outlook.com. Request return and refund/exchange permission according to our stated policy.
2. Place the item in its original packaging and seal the package securely. Then inform us of the return/exchange information by email (details below).
3. Choose a postal service to send back your return package. (Please use a trackable postal service. We are not responsible if the package is lost or damaged during transportation. Therefore, we recommend that the returned package be insured to ensure its safe custody.)
4. Returns/exchanges will be processed within 7 working days after receiving your package.
5. We will not accept returns if the product is damaged or not delivered correctly.
PS: Please write your order number (which can be found in your wintersuit account or order confirmation email) on the package, such as #CE0001, so that we can resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Return Conditions
1. We only accept returns within 30 days of receiving the order.
2. Returned items must be in unused condition and with original packaging. We do not accept any returns that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered.
3. All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. We do not accept items that you return directly without our prior verification.
Return Shipping
1. We will cover the return shipping costs if it is proven that the return shipping costs were provided by our company in error, including when we sent the wrong item, quality issues, and other reasons accepted by our customer service team. Once we receive the item, we will provide compensation or resend the replacement.
2. We can also allow returns if you ordered the wrong size, product, or just want to exchange an item. You are responsible for the shipping costs, and we will refund the original product costs after receiving the returned item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. We do not accept packages returned using cash on delivery services.
Refund/Exchange
Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your package. We will refund in full for any items that are defective or damaged due to our fault.
