Total delivery time = processing time + delivery time (+ any holidays)

Processing time: 3 - 7 business days. This is the time between the customer placing an order and the seller handing the order to the delivery service.

Delivery time: 7 - 21 business days. This is the time between the seller handing the order to the carrier and delivering it to the customer's address.

Delivery time is an estimate and starts from the ship date, not the order date. Delivery time may take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other reasons.
